ALDEA TULUM

Architectural design proposal developed from an irregularly shaped lot
located in Tulum, Quintana Roo. The project program includes commercial spaces
intended for sale and rent, a parking area, a central patio and public bathrooms.

The main objective of this project is to create a multifunctional space that encourages
commercial activity and community well-being,harmoniously integrating with the environment
natural and urban of Tulum.
To achieve this, a central patio has been designed that prioritizes the use of open spaces with
natural ventilation and abundant vegetation to provide shade and create an environment
pleasant.
